There are several possible causes for login errors. Please try the following different trouble-shooting actions to resolve the issue:

 

1. Double-check for spelling errors. The email field is not case-sensitive, whereas the password field (and security questions) are case-sensitive.


2. Try resetting your password. You will need your member number, camp number, and the answer to your security question(s).


3. Sometimes it can help to try using a different device or web browser (recommended options include Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Brave, and newer versions of Safari or Orion for Mac).


4. If your device is more than 5 years old, try to update the software by going into settings on your device. If this still does not work, you may need to update your device so it is compatible with the new format.
