Locate the event in your Conversations Portal home page (Dashboard) view.  Select the blue square and pencil icon the the right of the event status indicator.  This will open the event for editing.  Update the status to Cancelled.  Update the event information as necessary and make comments as to why the event was cancelled in the Notes field then select Save to save the changes.  For detailed instructions, see the Conversations Portal User documentation.
