If you are getting a partial screen when logging onto the Connection or trying to logout, you need to clear the cookies and cache to resolve issue. 



To clear the cache and cookies from your device please use the steps below.



Clearing Cache and Cookies from Google Chrome



1. Click on the three dots in a line to the far right of the address bar



2. From here, click on Settings


3. You will now click on the Privacy and Security option in the settings.



4. Next, click on clear browsing history, cookies, and cache.



5. Lastly, click clear data and then reload the Connection page.





Clearing Cache and Cookies from Firefox


Clear all cookies, site data and cache

  1. Click the menu button Fx89menuButton and select Settings.

  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Cookies and Site Data section.
  3. Click the Clear Data… button. The Clear Data dialog will appear.

    • Cookies and Site Data (to remove login status and site preferences) and Cached Web Content (to remove stored images, scripts and other cached content) should both be check marked.
  4. Click Clear.


Clearing Cache and Cookies from Edge



  1. Open Microsoft Edge, select Menu (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser) > Settings > Privacy & services.

  2. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.

  3. Select "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data" check box and then select Clear.
