At the bottom of the Church Presentation Details page, you will see several reports available to be printed including the Presentation Envelope. Selecting this button will generate a form that can be printed, emailed, or printed onto an envelope. If printing on an envelope, simply resize the print to match the envelope you are using. As a reference, an Incomplete record will produce a blank Presentation report.


Additionally, under the Reports menu, in the Church Reports section is a link to print a Presentation Envelope. When selecting a church from the menu, the nearest upcoming presentation envelope can be printed. 


Here are a couple things to consider when printing Presentation Envelopes:



1. When you click on the specific date of an upcoming presentation and scroll down you will be able to click the "Presentation Envelope" button and it will download the file with all the information that you have added for that date.


2. If you go to the Church Profile page and hit the button that says "Print Form 202" that will download a file that has the church information on the envelope but it will not have speaker information or presentation date. Form 202 is used to confirm an upcoming presentation. The church information is already populated but the date and speaker can be added manually.
