Under Programs, Church Ministry, Church Presentations, click on the name of the church at the presentation date listing for you wish to edit the speaker. The Church Profile page will load. Click on the “More” link in the Next Presentation tile with the Calendar date. This will load the Church Presentation Details page. Click on the “Edit” button on the lower part of that page. This will load the Add/Edit Church Presentation page. Click on the “Speaker” form box. 


Next to the Speaker form box, press the Find button. You can now search speakers by Member Number, Name, Postal Code, and/or State. Once you’ve entered the information, select the “OK” button to search and choose from the speakers whose criteria match your information. Often, it is easiest to just use the Last Name and State. This will return a list of Gideons from which you can select the Speaker you wish to schedule for the Presentation. Fill in any remaining information you need to add for the Presentation and press Save. Once a Speaker is assigned, the status of the Presentation will be Pending.
