If a member is reporting not receiving emails from International there may be a few reasons for this:


1. They have elected in the past to not receive mail from us and need to call HQ to undo that on their profile.


2. They contacted their state leader and asked to be taken off that mailing list and need to contact the State Webmaster to be put back on the mailing list.


3. The email we have on file is not the current one they are using, in which case they can call HQ to update this.


4. We have tried emailing the address on file and it has bounced so the email has been marked "Invalid" even if it works for other things. In order to change this the member needs to "Whitelist" the Gideons email addresses by adding them to their contacts list. Add the following address: tgi@gideons.org and message-no-reply@gideons.org - then notify headquarters and we can remove the invalid mark.
