When a candidate submits a new member application online, the application must be validated by the camp leadership.  To access this area, you must have camp leadership privileges.  On the main menu bar, to the far right, you will see "Officers".  Click on that and then choose Camp Home. Scroll to the bottom of the page and look for 'Validate Membership Applications'. Click to view more.

You will then be presented with a list of candidates for validation. Follow the direction and proceed.
