This would be found under the Resources tab. You would then click on Media/Resource slection and then Media/Resource Home and then scroll down to Resource Center and select View More. From here you will select View More under Topics.
From here, you will scroll down and select Guidebooks and Manuals by selecting the View More button underneath it.
You will then see all the manuals on the right hand side under Documents.
