To access the widow report, please folow the steps below. 

First, Go to Reports and click on All Reports.

Next, scroll down to State Reports and click the down arrow in the top right corner as highlighted below.

From here, scroll down to the bottom and click the number 50 as shown below.

From here, scroll down to the bottom where you will find Widows List and select the icon to the far right of it.
