When you get the non-stop spinning wheel, try holding CRTL, ALT, Delete on your keyboard and close out of everything. If this does not work, try holding CRTL, SHIFT, and clicking the refresh button at the top of the page. If all else fails, try logging on to the Connection on a different browser or device until the Connection reboots.
