Instructors will have access to the Home page (events dashboard) and the Courses area (course materials).

Educational Unit (EU) members will have instructor access items (Home and Courses), plus an Instructors menu option that allows the EU to manage the promotion of instructors.

State Primary Cabinet members will have all EU options (Home, Courses, and Instructors), plus an Educational Unit menu item that allows the state leadership to manage the promotion of members to EU.
