“According to the Operations Manual:

Fairs/Festival Participants: This is a Gideon distribution (with Auxiliary assistance). Gideons are responsible for making all contacts, arranging the distribution, and acting as moderators of the distribution. Auxiliary may assist her husband working side by side. Auxiliary widows may work side by side with member couples. Since it is a Gideon distribution with Auxiliary assistance, the camp may add the names of the Auxiliary in the note/comment section since it will only be the wives of the Gideons who are participating.”
