Note: The password for theConnection and the GideonNow app is the same, so if you have problems with GideonNow password you can reset it using the same steps above!

If you do not remember your password or if you are having problems with your password you can reset it online. Here are the steps:

1. Go to the Sign In page for theConnection: https://theconnection.gideons.org/login - If you are currently logged into the website and want to reset, you must first logout and then you will be able to proceed.

2. Click the grey "Reset Password" button.

3. Type in your Member Number and Camp Number and then click "Continue."

4. Answer the security question and then type in a new password and confirm it. See the requirements listed in the "Hints" box. Then click "Confirm."

You are now set with your new password. If you have any problems resetting your password please call Member Services (615-564-5000) or submit a ticket.
