Here are the steps to add, edit, or delete a Gideon Representative to a church on theConnection.

1. Navigate to the list of churches by going to Programs > Church Ministry > View Churches

2. Find the church for which you want to add, edit, or delete the Gideon Rep and click the name of the church.

3. Now you are on the church profile. Scroll down until you see the "Church Contacts" tile and click "View More." 

4. On the Church Contacts page, click the button that says "Add Gideon Rep" (it is located to the right of the "Add Contact" button which is for adding pastors or church staff).

5. Select the Gideon rep from the dropdown list OR if they are not in the list you can click the "Find" button to lookup the member you want to add. Then click the "Save" button and you are done!

6. If you would like to edit or delete a church rep, click on the light blue pencil icon in the upper right-hand corner of the box with their name in it and you will be able to edit their details. If you would like to delete them as a rep, simply click on the red "X" in the upper right-hand corner of the box with their name in it and they will be deleted.

Note: There can only be one Gideon Rep per church. If you add more reps it will duplicate the church on the church list. To get rid of the duplicate DO NOT delete the church, instead delete the wrong Gideon Rep and it will fix the duplicate church.
