To send a state wide announcement to all members in the state, you must have the officer role for this access.

1. Login and navigate to Get Connected - > Stay Informed -> Announcements 


2. Click on "Add Announcement"

3. Select "State" for type.


4. Select "Full State" for distribution level and click "NEXT"




5. Select "MEMBERS" for Audience and "Both" to include both Gideons & Auxiliary


6. Select the "Expiration Date" of the message, provide a "Title" and enter your "Message". Make sure the 'send notification' box is checked. This checked box will also send the announcement as an email.  Add attachments, if any and click "NEXT"


   7. Click "Submit" on the next page.
